TAMFIL Capsule ( Tamsulosin ) to treat symptomatic benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), help with the passage of kidney stones. and for urinary retention along with other measures.

On the other hand, Diclofenac  is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) to reduce inflammation and as an analgesic reducing pain in certain conditions.

How it Work TAMFIL Capsule

Tamsulosin, and other medications in the class called alpha blockers and It is an α_1a adrenergic receptor antagonist. So it work by relaxing bladder neck muscles and muscle fibers in the prostate itself and make it easier to urinate. Hence, decreases the urge to urinate repeatedly. Moreover it helps easy passage of urine.

Diclofenac works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever, pain and inflammation. So it helps as analgesic.

Common Side Effects

Tamsulosin – The most common side effects are dizziness. On the other side, the high selectivity seems to be the cause of tamsulosin’s typical side effect of loss of seminal emission. hypotension.
