Return and Refunds

We offer return and refunds, cancellation, shipping charges on products that ordered by customer as following:

1. Return

We fulfill orders according to your request and prescription.
RETURN- Definition– Action of giving back the product ordered at gnmeds by the user, in the following situation.
a). Product (s) delivered do not match your order.
b). Product (s) delivered are PAST or NEAR EXPIRY date (medicines with an expiry date less than 03 months shall be consider as near expire on the date of delivery).
c). Product (s) delivered were damaged in transit (do not accept if the seal is tempered). If you return tempered or damaged product, we can not sure for replacement of such products depends on the availability of that product.
In aforesaid and unlikely situation, if there is something wrong, we would be happy to assist you and resolve. you may raise a return with in 5 days from the date of delivery. we reserve the right to cancel the return request.
After verification, the authenticity and if find genuine, we will process the request, confirmation will be sent to you.
In the event of unjustified complaints, as quality and contents of the order, we reserve the right to pursue necessary legal action.

Returns are subjects to the following conditions.

•  any wrong ordering of product doesn’t qualify for return.
• due to change in prescription after ordering date.
• batch number of the returned medicine should match with the invoice.
• product should be as delivered that is with original price tags, invoice, labels, bar code if any .
• Only fully unopened strips or product can be qualify for refund.

2. Non refundable categories

2.1 Sexual wellness such as condoms, supplements, lubricants, pregnancy checking cards etc.
2.2 Health Supplements, food and nutrition, baby foods etc.
2.3 Nipple, breast care, baby feeders, diapers, nappy, wet or dry tissue etc.
2.4 Healthcare devices and kits, Lancets, Glucometer, Surgicals etc.
that is all categories are non return or refundable other than Prescription medicines UNDER ABOVE CONDITIONS.

3. Return Process

b). We verify and inform you.
c). After verification as it is genuine and reasonable the customer will require to pack the product in original packing.
d). Refund will be completed in 30 (thirty) days from the date of reversed if picked.

4. Refunds
If the claim is found to be valid. the refund amount will be transfer to the customer’s account.

5.Cancellation

5.2 After receiving and checking your order, following steps involves invoicing, checking, packing, shipping, customer care inform you at time to time, sending order tracking details.

No cancellation charges shall be imposed for cancellation in obedience to this policy.
