How it Work

Alfuzosin (as the hydrochloride salt) is a pharmaceutical drug of the α₁ blocker class. As an antagonist of the α₁ adrenergic receptor. So It works by relaxing the muscles in the prostate and bladder neck, making it easier to urinate. Hence decreases the urge to urinate repeatedly. Moreover it helps easy passage of urine.

Solifenacin is a medicine of the antimuscarinic M3 class and. was developed for treating contraction of overactive bladder with associated problems such as increased urination frequency and urge incontinence . Solifenacin reduces smooth muscle tone in the bladder, allowing the bladder to retain larger volumes of urine and reducing the number of micturition, urgency and incontinence episodes. Hence It helps in urgent urination.

Alfuzosin – The most common side effects are dizziness, upper respiratory tract infection, headache, fatigue, and abdominal disturbances.Further
