ROLITEN 5 mg  Tablet  ( Tolterodine ) for the symptomatic treatment of urinary incontinence or to treat overactive urinary bladder.

Detrusor overactivity (DO, contraction of the muscular bladder wall) is the most common form of urinary incontinence (UI) in older adults. Also It is characterized by uninhibited bladder contractions causing an uncontrollable urge to void. So Urinary frequency, urge incontinence and nocturnal incontinence occur. Abnormal bladder contractions that coincide with the urge to void can be measure out by urodynamic studies. Therefore making easier to urinate. Hence decreases the urge to urinate repeatedly. Moreover it helps easy passage of urine.

Common Side Effects

Moreover, Common side effect are Sexual dysfunction, including erectile dysfunction, loss of libido, and reduced ejaculate may occur.
