Uses of  BROMOREX 2.5 mg Tablet

BROMOREX, ( Bromocriptine ) to treat acromegaly and conditions associated with  hyper-prolactinemia  like  amenorrhea, infertility, and hypogonadism, prolactin-secreting adenomas; it is also used to prevent ovarian hyper-stimulation syndrome. And also to treat Parkinson’s disease

How it Work

Bromocriptineis an ergoline derivative, and is a dopamine agonist. It work by increasing the levels of dopamine in your brain. Thereby, it act on the pituitary gland, Hence, reducing the production of prolactin. Bromocriptine  known as dopaminergic drugs because they are dopamine-receptor stimulants.

Common Side Effects

Common side effect includes; weakness, nausea, orthostatic hypotension, headaches, and vomiting.
